A refreshing dessert made with layers of lemon-flavored cream and cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the lemon cream over the crackers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
