Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Use a knife to swirl the mixture for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
