Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the mixture for a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
