Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the kale.
- In a large bowl, combine lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add the chopped kale and massage it for a few minutes.
- Mix in the grated parmesan and walnuts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to enhance flavors.

- Feel free to add other toppings like cranberries or avocado.
