Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and poppy seeds.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add additional almond milk if needed.
- Top with fresh berries before serving.
