  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well.
  7. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
