- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Adjust cheese quantities to taste.
- For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
