A delicious and nutritious loaded broccoli salad.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
