Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until combined.
  6. Melt butterscotch chips and add to the mixture.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with butterscotch sauce and nuts before serving.
