- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 large croissants
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup arugula
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
- Fill each croissant with the lobster mixture.
- Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until warm.
- Serve with arugula on the side.
