Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip each cookie briefly in milk to soften.
  6. Layer the softened cookies and mascarpone mixture in a dish.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
