Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm.
  5. Place a spoonful of macaroni and cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
  6. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  7. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Serve with marinara sauce.
