A classic Filipino macaroni salad with a mix of sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Stir in pineapple, ham, cheese, carrots, raisins, and bell peppers.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less pineapple.
- Feel free to add boiled eggs for extra protein.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
