Ingredients

  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
  4. Allow tea to cool to room temperature.
  5. In a blender, puree mango with lemon juice.
  6. Combine mango puree with cooled tea.
  7. Serve over ice.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar to taste.
  • You can use green tea instead of black tea.
  • For a stronger mango flavor, add more mango puree.
