Description
A refreshing drink made with mango and tea.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Allow tea to cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, puree mango with lemon juice.
- Combine mango puree with cooled tea.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- You can use green tea instead of black tea.
- For a stronger mango flavor, add more mango puree.
