- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine milk, cream, sugar, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the bread cubes and cranberries to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can use dried cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
