Description
A sweet and tangy spread made with maple syrup and cranberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries and maple syrup.
- Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter and salt until creamy.
- Add the cranberry mixture to the butter and blend well.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate until firm.

- This butter pairs well with toast and pancakes.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
