Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it turns brown and smells nutty.
- Drain sweet potatoes and return to the pot.
- Add brown butter, maple syrup, and milk to the sweet potatoes.
- Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt.
- Serve warm.
