- 2 croissants
- 4 slices of bacon or your choice of protein
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard to create the sauce.
- Scramble or fry the eggs in the same skillet.
- Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich: spread the maple mustard sauce on the croissant, add bacon and eggs, then top with the other half of the croissant.
Notes
- You can substitute bacon with sausage or ham.
