Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/2 cup marinated artichokes
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add assorted meats, cheeses, olives, artichokes, roasted red peppers, and nuts.
- Mix gently to coat all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
