A delicious marinated cheese appetizer with salami and pickles.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cheese (your choice)
- 4 oz salami, sliced
- 1 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the cheese into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, salami, and pickles to the bowl.
- Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled.

- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
