Instructions
- Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes.
- Layer cheese and salami in a serving dish.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the marinade over the cheese and salami.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
