- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 cup of vegetable broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the cabbage to the skillet, then pour in the vegetable broth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the cabbage to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
