Ingredients

- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and cut it into wedges.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Place cabbage wedges in the skillet, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add vegetable broth and cover the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as preferred.
- Can be served as a side or main dish.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
