Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place in the skillet.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
