A delicious steak sandwich with a zesty lemon herb twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup arugula
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill.
- Layer the sliced steak, provolone cheese, and arugula in each roll.
- Serve immediately.
