Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
  6. Add the mini marshmallows and mix again.
  7. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
