A sweet and crunchy treat made with popcorn, caramel, and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
- Add the mini marshmallows and mix again.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use fresh popcorn for the best texture.
- You can add nuts or chocolate for extra flavor.
