Description

Delicious and creamy marshmallow swirl fudge.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  3. Stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  5. If using, fold in nuts.
  6. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the fudge.
  8. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top.
  9. Use a knife to swirl the marshmallow fluff into the fudge.
  10. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Can be made a week in advance.
  • Try adding different types of chocolate for variety.
