Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Start with a clean mason jar.
  2. Add the balsamic vinaigrette at the bottom.
  3. Add the quinoa on top of the dressing.
  4. Layer the red onion next.
  5. Add cucumber slices.
  6. Follow with cherry tomatoes.
  7. Pack in the mixed greens.
  8. Top with feta cheese and olives.
