A fresh and healthy Mason Jar Salad recipe that you can prepare ahead of time.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Start with a clean mason jar.
- Add the balsamic vinaigrette at the bottom.
- Add the quinoa on top of the dressing.
- Layer the red onion next.
- Add cucumber slices.
- Follow with cherry tomatoes.
- Pack in the mixed greens.
- Top with feta cheese and olives.
Notes
- Keep the dressing at the bottom to prevent sogginess.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Shake before eating to mix the dressing.
