A delightful fusion of flavors combining matcha, cherry, and tiramisu in a panettone.
Ingredients

- 200g panettone
- 100g mascarpone cheese
- 50g matcha powder
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g cherries, pitted and halved
- 50g sugar
- 1 cup espresso, cooled
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
- Dark chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the panettone into thick pieces.
- In a bowl, mix espresso and coffee liqueur.
- Dip each slice of panettone in the espresso mixture quickly.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add mascarpone, matcha powder, and sugar to the whipped cream and mix gently.
- Layer the bottom of a serving dish with dipped panettone.
- Spread a layer of the matcha mixture over the panettone.
- Add a layer of cherries on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the matcha mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cherries for better flavor.
- Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.
- Let the tiramisu chill overnight for best results.
