Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- In another bowl, combine flour, water, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix until you form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of spinach and feta mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
