Ingredients

- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 pound raw tuna, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water.
- Combine rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove rice from heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, and salt.
- Fluff the rice and divide it into bowls.
- Top rice with tuna, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
