Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables.
- In a large bowl, combine microgreens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and avocado.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
