- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.

- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Top with powdered sugar or your favorite glaze if desired.
