Mini Chicken Parmesan Garlic Knots are bite-sized treats featuring tender chicken, melted cheese, and garlic-infused bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out pizza dough and cut it into small pieces.
  6. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Fold the dough over the filling and shape into knots.
  9. Place knots on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
