Mini Chicken Parmesan Garlic Knots are bite-sized treats featuring tender chicken, melted cheese, and garlic-infused bread.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut it into small pieces.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Fold the dough over the filling and shape into knots.
- Place knots on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
