Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form crusts.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until combined.
  6. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crusts in the muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Top with powdered sugar before serving.
