Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into mini cheesecake cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a kitchen torch.
