Mini grilled cheese made with Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Spread butter on the outer sides of each roll.
- Layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese inside the rolls.
- Close the rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.

- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Adjust baking time for desired crispiness.
