Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brownie batter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, heavy cream, cocoa powder, espresso, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, prepare brownie batter.
- Layer brownie batter in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
