A delicious blend of mini mocha brownie and chocolate Basque cheesecake, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brownie batter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, heavy cream, cocoa powder, espresso, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare brownie batter.
  5. Layer brownie batter in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
