Mini Pizza Muffins with Olives and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, olive oil, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in mozzarella, olives, cherry tomatoes, and pizza sauce.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
