- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to tater tot package instructions.
- Cook tater tots in the oven until golden brown.
- While tater tots cook, form ground beef into small patties.
- Season patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Place cheddar cheese on top of patties to melt.
- Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each slider bun, topped with a tater tot.
- Add ketchup and mustard as desired.
