Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the diced potatoes.
  3. Season chicken thighs with ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
