Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the diced potatoes.
- Season chicken thighs with ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
