Description
A rich and creamy mocha espresso fudge that combines coffee and chocolate flavors.

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips over low heat.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, espresso powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the espresso powder.
- This fudge makes a great gift when wrapped nicely.
