Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pre-made pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Fill the crust with the chicken mixture.
- Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute with your favorite vegetables.
- This recipe can be made ahead and frozen.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
