  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sliced steak over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning and remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  6. Spread the steak mixture over the dough, leaving edges clear.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the steak mixture.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and pinch the edges to seal.
  9. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Brush the top with beaten egg.
