Ingredients

- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a baking sheet.
- Place mozzarella and pepperoni on the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough towards the point and place on a baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it on top of each roll.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.

- Try adding herbs for extra taste.
