- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the cheese sticks by cutting mozzarella into sticks.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each cheese stick in flour, then egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add seasoning to the breadcrumbs.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
