Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms, cook until they release moisture.
  5. In a bowl, combine lentils, mushroom mixture, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  7. Place patties on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
