Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chopped mushrooms, cook until they release moisture.
- In a bowl, combine lentils, mushroom mixture, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Place patties on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

- Can be frozen for later use.
