Delicious Neapolitan cheesecake bars with a chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry layer.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls.
- In one bowl, add cocoa powder and mix for chocolate layer.
- In another bowl, add vanilla extract for the vanilla layer.
- In the last bowl, add strawberry puree for the strawberry layer.
- Pour chocolate layer over crust, followed by vanilla and strawberry layers.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Chill bars in the refrigerator for better texture.
- Use fresh strawberries for the puree.
- Adjust sugar to taste if desired.
