Description

Delicious Neapolitan cheesecake bars with a chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry layer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Divide the mixture into three bowls.
  6. In one bowl, add cocoa powder and mix for chocolate layer.
  7. In another bowl, add vanilla extract for the vanilla layer.
  8. In the last bowl, add strawberry puree for the strawberry layer.
  9. Pour chocolate layer over crust, followed by vanilla and strawberry layers.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Chill bars in the refrigerator for better texture.
  • Use fresh strawberries for the puree.
  • Adjust sugar to taste if desired.
