  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  8. Let cool before frosting.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract for frosting.
  10. Spread frosting over cooled bars and cut into squares.
