Description
Delicious Neapolitan Truffles made with chocolate, cream, and nuts.
Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts (hazelnuts or almonds)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until melted.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once set, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or crushed nuts.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
- Serve chilled.
