- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into ropes and tie them into knots.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Brush the garlic oil mixture over the knots.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
